Before we start class we do ab exercises to prevent injuries.

In BJJ class, we study a lot of different positions and escape from each position for defense.
We do drills to make students understand the different positions and develop confidence with each position.

Optional sparring occurs after every practice.
It is very good training for understand and application of techniques when people try to attack you or submit you.
Live roll can build actual attributes for real situations within grappling, self-defense, and real situations.
No-gi JIU JITSU【Grappling】

Before we start class we do some ab exercises to prevent injuries, & positional drills for deep understanding about actual pressure from your drill partner to create realistic situations.

In No-gi BJJ or grappling class, we go over same techniques as traditional gi technique. Unlike gi class, there is no uniform to grab, therefore application is slightly different.
Same as Gi-BJJ, we do drills to make students to understand the positions and be more confident in each positions.

We hold an optional sparring session after every class. It is very good training for understanding real pressure when people try to attack you or submit you.
Live roll can build you actual attributes for real situations for grappling, self-defense, and immediate response.
Jeet-Kune-Do & Kali【MMA】

Before we start class we do warm up exercises, such as stretching & light calisthenics, to loosen tension of the muscles to prevent injuries.

In JKD class we will do drills across the disciplines of hand-to-hand combat, kali, knife, grappling, and takedowns. We will do things to train muscle memory to learn skills to apply across all disciplines of self defense, and real combat situations.

Optional sparring occurs after JKD practice, based on student interest on the day of class. It provides students the opportunity to apply what they learned in class.
It is very good training for understanding and applying techniques.
